Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scheduly ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scheduly.

2. Description of Service

Scheduly provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to upload long-form videos and receive automatically generated short-form clips. The Service includes video processing, caption generation, branding tools, and social media publishing features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Scheduly. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Scheduly to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use the Service to compete with Scheduly or resell access without authorization
  • Upload content involving minors in harmful or inappropriate contexts
  • Engage in automated scraping or data extraction

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all video content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Scheduly a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transform your content solely to provide the Service. We will never sell, distribute, or use your content for AI training without your explicit written consent.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. For refund information, please see our Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, which we will communicate in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scheduly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, without prior notice for severe violations. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scheduly is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
