Refund Policy

No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Scheduly are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. No Refunds
Scheduly does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, unused time remaining on a subscription, dissatisfaction with the service, or technical difficulties caused by the user's own device or internet connection.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial on our Starter plan so you can evaluate the full features of the platform before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of the trial before their first billing cycle. The free trial does not require a credit card.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. To resume processing videos, you must reactivate a paid plan.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), please contact us immediately at billing@schedulyapp.me with your account details and a description of the issue. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors.
5. Service Outages
In the event of a significant service outage or data loss caused solely by Scheduly's infrastructure (not user error or third-party issues), we may, at our sole discretion, offer account credits as goodwill compensation. This does not constitute a right to a refund.
